On July 1st, 2024, the entire @ePharma4fp team, along with senior management from @sfhnigeria and representatives from our esteemed consortium partners, convened at Sheraton Hotels, Lagos, for our annual mid-year retreat and review workshop. This pivotal event provided a much-needed opportunity to reflect on our progress, refine our strategies, and energize our collective efforts for the remainder of the year.
The retreat was a blend of strategic discussions, collaborative brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities aimed at evaluating the successes, challenges, and learnings from the first half of 2024. Team members across various departments shared insights into project activities, while senior management led discussions on how best to optimize resources and scale impact as we advance toward our overarching goal: revolutionizing access to family planning products and services through our innovative ePharmacy hybrid models.
