At the Gender and Inclusion Summit, hosted by the Policy Centre, Nigeria and the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), our consortium member and research partner, Busara was proudly represented by Salamatu Abdulrahman.

Salamatu presented an abstract titled: “Characterizing ePharmacy Readiness for family planning among Young Women in Lagos, Nigeria.”

Her presentation shed light on how young women navigate access to contraceptive products through digital and ePharmacy platforms, providing critical evidence for shaping inclusive, tech-driven health solutions.

This impactful work earned her the Second-Best Presentation Award 🏆 and a scholarship for the Gender and Development Course from the PIC.

This recognition celebrates not only Salamatu’s excellence but also the ePharma4FP Project’s commitment to generating evidence needed to shape policies and practices that put women and communities at the center of development.
