On the 23rd August, 2024 the ePharma4fp Lagos team, in collaboration with @healthplus_pharmacy, conducted a remarkable community outreach event in Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos. This activity was an essential component of our demand generation strategy, aimed at empowering women with access to #FamilyPlanning products and services.
Despite the challenges posed by a heavy downpour, our dedicated team demonstrated unwavering commitment, braving the elements to connect with the community and deliver critical health services. Rain or shine, we remain steadfast in our mission to ensure that every woman has the knowledge and resources she needs to take charge of her reproductive health.
Highlights of the Outreach:
- Educational Counseling: Women from the community participated in interactive sessions, where they received accurate, personalized advice on the various family planning options available. These sessions aimed to demystify contraceptives, address concerns, and promote informed decision-making.
- Access to Products and Services: Attendees were introduced to our ePharmacy platform, a digital solution designed to make family planning products and services more accessible, affordable, and convenient. Demonstrations and guidance were provided to help women seamlessly navigate the platform.
- Resilience in Action: Despite the rain, the turnout was impressive, reflecting the community’s interest and need for reproductive health resources. Our team’s determination to deliver services under such conditions was met with immense gratitude and appreciation from attendees.
