The ePharma4Fp team had our family planning outreach at a community often overlooked in Kosofe, where women carry the weight of families, face daily economic hardship, and yet continue to show unmatched strength. Many of the women had never been given the chance to make informed decisions about their reproductive health. Others had been silently enduring repeated pregnancies with little to no access to contraceptives.
Through this intervention, the women of this community were seen, heard, and served. We provided free counseling, access to a range of contraceptive options and support from trusted providers who treated them with dignity.
These outreaches are very important, especially for the communities where these resources are a luxury. Every woman deserves the right to choose when, how, and if she wants to grow her family, and in Oworonshoki, we took one more step toward making that right a reality.

Health is not a privilege. It’s a right. And we’re bringing it to every doorstep.
