The ePharma4FP Project held its End of Project exit survey training session for our dedicated team of enumerators. This marks a critical step in gathering insights that will help us measure the real impact of our work in expanding access to family planning products and services.

Through this training, our enumerators are being equipped with the right tools and knowledge to collect accurate, ethical, and impactful data from the field. Their efforts will ensure that every voice is heard and every experience contributes to shaping stronger, more inclusive healthcare solutions.

Some Key Highlights included:

Deep dive into community mobilization & client tracking to guide how mobilizers will engage clients. A hands-on review of the exit survey questionnaire with role-play sessions that brought real-life scenarios to the room. We also presented a short demo on the HealthPlus pharmacy platform replicating our client’s user journey as well as a session tackling expected field challenges such as client hesitancy and device troubleshooting with practical solutions.

At the end of the session we wrapped up with a post-test and evaluation to confirm everyone is ready for the field. With skills sharpened and teamwork strengthened, our mobilizers and enumerators are now fully equipped to capture the insights that will tell the story of impact and shape the future of family planning access through ePharmacy.
