Also in attendance were senior executives Pharm. Kene Eruchalu, Deputy Managing Director & Dr. Anthony Nwala, Assistant Chief Program Delivery to provide oversights and sit in on the proceedings of each partner’s presentations.

This retreat was focused on Reviewing and aligning on closeout procedures. Synthesizing key insights from our research, equity models, and user segmentation activities, Planning our final dissemination event coming this November!
One of the most engaging moments was a heated but highly productive risk mitigation session, where all stakeholders weighed in on potential closeout risks, from compliance to policy alignment & sustainability bottlenecks. Other key highlights included: Closeout procedure sessions led by ePharma4FP Finance Lead, Honfoga Julius & SFH Compliance Lead, Kelvin Odia, Insight synthesis on segmentation, equity models, and learnings led by Busara
The final day of our ePharma4FP Final Dissemination Insights Meeting was all about alignment, synthesis, and setting the stage for our November 2025 dissemination.
Some key moments included: Insight Synthesis with PSNF & Busara, led by our Chief of Party, Dr. Uchenna Okafor, the session pulled together many months of research from our collaborative user segmentation & equity model data collection activities, and policy lessons into a cohesive knowledge package. The consortium members also worked side-by-side to refine final messages, lock in dissemination deliverables and develop a framework for our dissertation booklet.

After three days of deep discussions, strategic planning, and powerful collaboration at the ePharma4FP Final Dissemination Insights Meeting, our consortium members took a well-deserved breather with a scenic tour around the lush golf course of the Ibom Icon Hotels & Golf Resort, Uyo.

Surrounded by sweeping greens, serene landscapes, and fresh air, this moment reminded us that while our work is urgent, pausing to connect, reflect, and recharge is just as important.

It was the perfect backdrop to strengthen bonds and carry forward the shared vision that has driven this project from the start; making healthcare access smarter, more inclusive, and within reach for every woman within Lagos State.

As we wrapped up, one thing was clear, the ePharma4FP story is more than a project report it’s a legacy of digital health innovation, policy advancement, and expanded access to family planning services in Nigeria.
