The Training for Community Volunteer Mobilizers marked the continuation of our journey to expand access to #familyplanning services through our ePharmacy initiative. Trainees were introduced to the values, mission and vision of @sfh_nigeria facilitated by our COP Dr. Uchenna Okafor.
The introductory session provided context for the project’s objectives, emphasizing their critical role in bridging gaps between underserved communities and essential contraceptive commodities and services and we concluded Day 2, of our training for Community Volunteer Mobilizers with interactive sessions demonstrating real world scenarios that will prepare them for the unique challenges of engaging with diverse communities ahead. Through role-playing exercises, they practiced counseling techniques and mastered the art of fostering trust during sensitive conversations.

Our facilitators laid out clear expectations for their roles, emphasizing how to leverage technology to enhance outreach and service delivery. Participants now have capacity to provide personalized, compassionate, and effective guidance to any individual seeking #familyplanning solutions within the state.
